Crafting a compelling, integrated cross-platform user experience to 10,000+ members was the challenge identified during an in-depth discovery process.

By employing an iterative, double-diamond design framework - we worked directly with SMI developers while prototyping, testing and designing with key stakeholders and a core user-group.

My design team delivered a cross-platform health care solution focused on increasing authentic member connections by leveraging the power of intentionality through digital letter writing and a crowd-funded sharing model. Each member's requests and sharing fulfillments provide transparency in the payment processes and assurance that member support fulfills a critical health care need for others. Building a valued flagship product was simply a byproduct of helping users connect and reflect on member-to-member interaction.

At face value, HiveTracks helps beekeepers track and provide insights into caring for their bees. Behind the scenes, it offers a global-scale data play that just may help save the planet.

Bee health is a top 1% world problem. By understanding bee health, population and weather patterns at a regional level - one can predict future crop outcomes and track climate change.

One of the biggest challenges was adopting the toolset to work with (often) sticky protective gloves in the field. The beekeepers needed to be able to perform and log hive assessments - without taking off their gloves. Simple swiping gestures were the answer.

Next Door Photos needed a marketing, booking and administration platform to scale their nationwide franchise model. The platform needed to serve both the individual franchise owner and meet the needs of Realtors across North America.

The stakes were high with this project - if we failed in any aspect - it would impact 70+ individualy owned franchise locations. Extra care was placed on making sure what were designing met the exact needs of customers alongside the needs of the businesses while being mindful of the massive change management tasks that lay ahead.

The Safe Plus More app provides first-responder departments (police, firefighters, EMT) a system to manage mental health. Suicide, drug-use and depression happen at a rate twice the national average in these fields.

We determined this MVP needed a single, extremely delightful feature — the call-for-help button. This feature needed to be accessible, while providing assurance of security and anonymity to the user.

Samaritan's Purse collects and manages over one-billion dollars in charitable donations across it's organizations every year. Up until now, they had been managing all of their donors through 3rd-party software and vendors. Building an in-house system was critical to assure the security and ownership of their data.
